The Scaters (ScaterBoys) simulation is a business simulation designed to provide business students with the opportunity to learn through practice (problem based and experiential learning). The general stages of the learning process are shown below.

Students will normally complete two stages of the simulation:
Briefing
Stage 1
This is a role play stage where students act as the management team and execute core business processes from an operational perspective
Stage 2
This is a subsequent stage where the management team make key decisions to make the company more effective and efficient
