How to use this case

The company and associated resources can be used to enable management learning. It may be used as part of a business simulation or more like a traditional paper-based case study. In the case of the former, students will typically role play and interact with a simulated enterprise system (downloaded software) and then use the experience, observations and extracted data for management problem solving such as synthesising improvement recommendations etc. Alternatively, tutors and students may use written case study resources (associated with the core text book ‘Management’ 9e and then utilise resources and data sets from this site to compliment the case.
